Khalīl Vosūqī (March 11, 1938 –), born in Khoy and known professionally as Behruz Vosūqī, is a celebrated Iranian actor in television, radio, and theater. His film career began with Storm in Our Town (Tūfān dar Shahr-e Mā, 1958) and reached a breakthrough with Qaysar (Qayṣar, 1969), for which he won Best Actor at the Sepās Film Festival. His acclaimed role as Zar Moḥammad in Tangsīr (1973) further solidified his legacy. Vosūqī appeared in international productions like Caravans (1978), The Invincible Six (1970), and Sphinx (1981). His accolades include Best Actor awards from the International Film Festival of India, the San Francisco International Film Festival, and the Tashkent International Film Festival for Dāsh Ākol (1971). In 2012, he received Lifetime Achievement awards at the Tokyo Filmex Festival and Thessaloniki International Film Festival for Fasl-e Kargadān (Rhino Season, 2012).
