Dāryūsh Arjmand (July 27, 1944 –), born in Mashhad, is a distinguished Iranian actor. He received the Crystal Simorgh for Best Supporting Actor for Sag-koshī (Killing Mad Dogs, 2001) and Best Leading Actor for Nakḥodā Khorshīd (Captain Khorshid, 1986). Arjmand was also
nominated for Best Actor at the Fajr International Film Festival for Jostejūgar (The Searcher, 1989) and Eʿterāz (Protest, 1999).
