Fātimah Mu‛tamid’āryā is a renowned Iranian actress born on October 29, 1961, in Tehran. She holds a degree in theater from Tehran Art Institute and has won several Crystal Simorgh awards, including four for Best Actress. Her notable works include “Musāfirān” (1992), “Hamsar” (1994), “Gīlānah” (2004), and “Here Without Me” (2011). She has also received international recognition, winning the Montreal World Film Festival Best Actress prize. Apart from her acting career, she is an advocate for various charitable causes and has been titled “Ambassador of Mental Health” in Iran.
