Laylā Hātamī is an Iranian actress born on October 1, 1972, known for her role in the award-winning movie “A Separation” (2011). She comes from a family offilmmakers;  her father, ‛Alī  Hātamī, is a famous director and her mother, Zahrā Khushkām, is an actress. Laylā Hātamī has acted in numerous films and has received various awards, including a Silver Bear at the Berlin Film Festival. She holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and French Literature and is fluent in French, German, and English.
