Mahtāb Karāmatī is a renowned Iranian actress and producer born in 1970. She rose to fame with her debut role in “The Men of Angelos” in 1997, after which she pursued a career in theater and cinema. Some of the notable films she has performed in include “Absolutely Tame Is a Horse” (2011), “Nākhāstah” (2014), and “Ice Age” (2015). Keramati has been nominated for various awards throughout her career, including a Crystal Simorgh for Best Supporting Actress in “Twenty” (2009), Best Actress Award at the Imagineindia Film Festival (2015), and two Hafez Awards.
