Nīkū Khiradmand (November 10, 1932 – November 17, 2009) was an Iranian actor and dubbing artist who worked in both cinema and television. She was born in Tehran and came from an upper-class family. She was the older sister of Āhū Khiradmand. Nīkū started her artistic career in 1958 as a radio announcer. She lent her voice to iconic figures such as Claudia Cardinale and Ava Gardner. In 1972, she hosted the program “Introduction to Theater on Television.” Her film debut was in “The Last Curtain” (1991). Kheradmand was best known for her performance in “Khānah Khalvat” (year), and for her work on TV series such as “The Voice of the Cuckoo” (year) and “Grandmother’s Thieves” (year). She made lasting contributions to the Iranian entertainment industry, and her work earned her recognition, including several Crystal Simorgh awards in Iranian cinema. She passed away at the age of 77 in Tehran’s Ibn Sīnā Hospital after battling cardiovascular disease and physical weakness.
