Zarī Khushkām, also known as Zahrā Hātamī, was born on November 30, 1948, in Isfahan, Iran. She is a distinguished Iranian actress who started her acting career in 1971 with the film “Ādamak” and gained recognition for her role in “A Hut Across the River” (year). Zarī took a hiatus from acting after marrying renowned director, ‛Alī Hātamī, during which she gave birth to her daughter Laylā Hātamī,. However, in 1997 she made a comeback with the film “Takhtī.” While her cinematic presence waned after marriage, she made occasional appearances under the name Zahrā Hātamī in works associated with her family. Zarī currently resides in Tehran.
