The narrative unfolds with a drug trafficking group targeting a man named Gholam shortly after his release from prison. In response, Morteza, an investigative officer with the anti-narcotics department, apprehends one of the group members, Pirdoost. Notably, Pirdoost had once been Morteza’s teacher many years ago. Surprisingly, Morteza chooses to release Pirdoost under his own personal guarantee.

However, the group’s leader takes extreme measures to secure Pirdoost’s cooperation by injecting drugs into him and compelling him to assassinate Morteza during his morning workout. When the moment arrives, instead of carrying out the intended murder, Pirdoost inexplicably shoots and kills one of the smugglers. This turn of events results in injuries for both Morteza and Pirdoost, while the smuggler meets his demise.

Faced with this unforeseen situation, the group’s leader, who now stands alone, embarks on a mission to the hospital with the intent of eliminating Pirdoost. In a dramatic confrontation, Morteza intervenes at the hospital, ultimately pursuing the leader to the rooftop. In a harrowing chase and struggle, Morteza prevails, throwing the leader from the hospital building and thus concluding the story.
