The Deers | Gavaznʹhā | گوزن ها

A wanted man named Qodrat, after an armed bank robbery, comes to his friend Seyyed Rasul. Seyyed is an addict living with Fatemeh, who used to be in love with for a while but now are just roommates. Fatemeh is a theater actress. Seyyed, who is broken and miserable, gets himself together with the spiritual and motivational words of Qodrat. First, he stands in front of Fatemeh’s harasser, then the landlord, and finally he kills the heroin dealer who led him and many others into addiction. The police find traces of Qodrat in Seyyed’s house. With the permission of the police, Seyeyd goes to Qodrat to convince him to surrender, but Qodrat resists. The police open fire to the house, and both get killed in the house explosion.
