In the midst of the revolutionary chaos, Commander Makvandi sets his sights on the peaceful town of Masouleh, where he subjects the local people to harassment. Fearing the loss of his influence in the region to other cities, he imposes martial law. The courageous citizens, including market traders, teachers, and school students, stand up against his oppressive rule, even going so far as to confront his son.

As the Shah flees the country, the people of Masouleh seize the opportunity to rebel against the outpost under Makvandi’s command, which is hosting a celebration for his promotion. Their unified efforts result in the overthrow of his authority and the disruption of his oppressive plans.
