Awake in the city | Bīdār dar shahr | بیدار در شهر

After finishing his studies in medicine, Haydar comes to Iran from America and decides to open a doctor’s office in the uptown. His mother, Mohtaram Khanum sends her friends to her son for treatment, and soon Nader becomes disheartened by low-quality medical care in the city, after meeting Reza, whose uncle is sick, he opens a clinic in the south of the city downtown, and Mehri, Reza’s fiancé works as his secretary. Nader spends most of his time in the office treating poor patients and taking care of Reza and Mehri. Mehri gradually becomes interested in Nader and ignores Reza.
