A man, by using his ID card as collateral, borrows money. After years, when he tries to repay the loan and retrieves his ID card from the creditor, Mr. Shirifi, he cannot find him. After investigating, he discovers that the creditor has married with his ID card (to a woman named Parī, who is now a singer famous by the nickname Noroshan and has passed away in a past accident. Consequently, legally, his ID card has become invalid. Through a humorous turn of events, the man eventually obtains a new ID card to marry his beloved girl.
