Death of the Panther | مرگ پلنگ

The film tells the story of Karbalai Zal, also known as “Kol Zal,” who makes the decision to stay in a cave while the Bakhtiari tribe is migrating. He patiently waits for the tribe’s return and shares tales of his heroic deeds with an elderly woman named Dalu Sangin Mah, who is on the verge of taking her own life. As their conversations unfold, Dalu Sangin Mah realizes that Karbalai Zal is the same Illyati man who was once deeply in love with her during their youth. Their past relationship was filled with tumultuous moments, including conflicts with her and Qolamaksh’s son. When the tribe eventually returns, they are met with the sight of Karbalai Zal’s lifeless body, and the story takes a dramatic turn.
