Pari and Farhad are a middle-class couple involved in theatre and cinema, living a seemingly content life with their young son. Their stability is shaken when Pari becomes unexpectedly pregnant. Farhad pushes for an abortion, convinced that another child will derail their careers and plans, while Pari refuses, seeing abortion as inhumane and insisting on keeping the baby. What might have been a source of renewed happiness instead becomes the catalyst for escalating conflict, unsettling their relationship and disrupting the world they thought they had built together.
