Peyman Zandi is a film producer and director who despite his graduation in fine art university of Tehran, had made documentary films and organized artistic events to impact on communities by art. He is a member of Cinema House, The Documentary Cinema Directors Association and the Iranian Cinema Documentary Filmmakers Association. With 20 years of experience producing film tourism in Iran, Peyman received Nationally top selected sign in best documentary filmmaker, by Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts MCTH of Iran.

He was one of the national documentary film festival’s judges by the Ministry of Tourism and Heritage Organization in Nov 2014. He made some film projects for UN WHO, UN FAO in 2018-2019, and won 14 international film awards for the long documentary film called “Dance of Life” in 2019-2020.

Peyman organized two art and tourism events that connected 120 famous Iranian travellers to 120 professional Illustrators to tell a story about 120 countries and painted on the plate. It was under ARTOURISM and Gardune Mehregan group(GMG) that called UFO Rain Event. He is concerned with preserving and recording the traditional, cultural and customs of Iranian ethnic groups. Accordingly, in his films, various Iranian ethnic groups have been reconstructed and depicted along with their authentic cultures.
